We provide a train ticket booking service for international trains leaving from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. If you book through our service you:

• Will receive a scanned confirmation for visa purposes
• Will have your ticket hand delivered to your hostel/hotel/guesthouse
• Will NOT pay anything until you receive your ticket
• Will be able to receive a scanned copy of your ticket for visa purposes
• Will get your tickets for a great price!

1. Send us an email with the train number, destination, class (1st – 2 people per room or 2nd – 4 people per room), number of tickets, and date of departure.
2. If you would like all members in the group to be in the same cabin, please inform us in your email. We will try our best to have all group members in the same cabin, but cannot guarantee it.
3. We will reply within 2 business days. If we are able to buy the tickets, please send the names and passport numbers of everyone who will be traveling.
4. All price are listed in Euro-€. Delivery of the ticket is included in the price.
5. Pay when you receive your tickets. Your tickets can be delivered to you at the train station or delivered to you at your hotel, hostel, or guesthouse (delivery is included in the price!)
6. We require no payment until the Delivery of the ticket. This means you pay nothing until you have the tickets in your hands!
7. If you want to cancel your booking please contact us at least 14 days before the date of departure.
8. Please come to the train station at least one hour early.
